I just LOVE this day, for me it's a very special and important date.

I have some weird traditions like wearing brand new clothes or shoes or something new because that way you will be branding all year!

I just hope you all enjoy this new year will health that I think it's the most important thing!

I got this from my aunt that lives in Miami, Florida as my Xmas present (The Fairchild Dictionary of Fashion)!

I wanted this book for a long time because as studying Fashion Desing here is so expensive I want to know everything I can from the industry!

What I couldn't believe is that the shipping was almost as expensive as the book itself!

It's gonna take me long time to read it as it' s a dictionary but I'm pretty sure this will be very helpful!

Have you imagined Karl Lagerfeld, Donatella Versace, John Galliano or Agyness Deyn naked?...

Well Henry Holland did and print them in his new t-shirt collection for his brand: House of Holland!

The chosen designers and his muse are represented in a cartoon way wearing only flowers in certain parts of their bodies, even the Chanel camelia is used on Karl Lagerfield!

The t-shirts will be next year in the Dover Street Market in London and in the on-line store for 75 pounds.

An interesting way to wear a designer!

Who doesn't love Hello Kitty?

Well MAC knows that and is bringing a special make-up edition based in Hello Kitty!

The line will arrive on MAC’s Web site Feb. 10, in North American stores on Feb. 12 and into overseas stores in March and only be available for 8 weeks!

I can't wait!

Just hope they bring it to Mexico too!

THE sHoEs!

OMG! I have THE shoes, the impossible shoes, I call them like that because I though I woludn't be able to own them, I saw them in Zara like about 3 weeks ago and love them cause they look very similar to the ones Victoria Beckham wore for the Marc Jacobs ads and they were in special price: just 400 pesos (like 45 dlls) but that day there wasn't my size so I return 2 days after and they were gone! the saleperson told me they were sold out! I was like :/ so I decided I'll look for them so I went almost every Zara store in Mexico City and everywhere they told me tha same son at the end of the day I was extermely sad and mad.

I was already getting over my failed shoe hunting but my aunt asked me to go with her to the mall to pay her credit card and we were about to leave but she said let's go to Zara to see the shoes and right immediatly I entered I saw them I was SO HAPPY I wanted to shout and there was mi size but if not I swear I'll buy them in another one, I don't know if that had happened to you but they become like an addiction like a goal you have to reach no matter what, yeah I'm a little bit intense but I guees it comes from family cause my aunt has a pair of lovely shoes size 4 (she's size 5) and bought them just because she fell in love with them and want to own them even though she'll never use them!

So here are the shoes, I know they aren't very awesome but I just LOVE them even though it was a journey to find them!

Hi I just wanna show you some of my personality that I reflect on my hair, I've done so much things with it, I used to have it really really long until I was like 12, then have it in a "normal" way, when I turned 15 I had my first "colour thing", I got this highlights, very few, then like a year after I cut it like short the right side and long the left one, some time after it grows it looked kind of weird so I cut it the same long again, then for my high school prom I got hair extentions but only like for a week cause I couldn't handle them! then I got the classic bob style then I got it dyed in hot pink but my hair grows really fast so 2 weeks ago I went to the stylist and have it cut really really short that even the pink went away!

I kind of miss my long hair! Now that I found the pictures of the old me!

I just found this image of the Sex and the City movie and really love it because I think it shows perfectly what fashion makes, make us a spotlight, I think we shouldn't dress for people to admire us or envy us, fisrt of all we have to dress for ourselves, to feel special and awesome and just US and that way people is going to look at us because we are proud of ourselves not only our outfits, we have to be ok with us for the world to be ok as well with us.


So don't be afraid to tell the world who you are and also don't be afraid to wear anything you want just because what the others "might say", ifyou like it go on and hit the streets!

Hi, i'm new in this blog thing, I've seen millions and love most of them so I decided to try start my own, I'm from Mexico City, 18 years old, student of Advestisement Design (well I start Feb 09) and a FASHION LOVER. I love clothes, the way fashion represents a person, give us style and show the way we are or how we want to be, clothes, shoes, bags, necklaces... are for me ART "WeArAbLe ArT", designers make amazing pieces that we see on runways, some celebrities and lucky peolpe that can afford them! Designers are our inspiration but not only designers, everything can be an inspiration to us: magazines, music, food, weather, sports... but what inspire me the most are blogs, normal people that try to make their lifes fashionable, well not so normal people, amazing people because they show the world their style, their point of view in life and are not afraid of criticism.
